Persons applying for housing at Village Green/Knox Lane must earn less than 80% of the area median income. Residents must be either age 62 or older or certified as totally disabled. As of April 1, 2025, the income limits for Village Green/Knox Lane are as follows based upon household size:

2 Persons | $81,050 |
Households with an annual income below $13,950 would require a subsidy or recurring contributions from family or friends to be income eligible for Village Green/Knox Lane Annex. Glastonbury Housing Authority considers the Elderly program rent to be affordable at 40% of gross income therefore the minimum income threshold is calculated by dividing the current base rent by 40%, then annualizing.
