The Connecticut Department of Housing announced that the Herbert T. Clark House-Congregate was awarded $3,013,182 to fund interior and exterior renovations. The renovations include heating and cooling equipment replacement, windows, roofing, accessibility improvements, dining room chairs and other energy conservation measures.
