Glastonbury Housing Authority, Maintainer II – ($19.15- $25.55 commensurate with experience and licensing) Responsible for performing a wide variety of building and grounds maintenance. Requires considerable knowledge of HVAC and plumbing and a basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical, grounds maintenance and other building maintenance skills. Candidate must possess a high school diploma or the equivalent, plus four years of building maintenance or equivalent trade experience and a valid CT drivers license.
