Glastonbury Housing Authority, Assistant Property Manager– The On-Site Assistant Property Manager is a full time position responsible for ongoing administrative and operational assistance to the Director in areas including leasing, resident relations, rent collection, applications and maintenance work order tracking at the Herbert T. Clark House. The position requires exceptional interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task in an environment that contains frequent interruptions.
Minimum requirement of a Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college. Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred. Two to four years experience in a related position desireable. Part-time Substitute and Holiday Attendant at Herbert T. Clark House

Herbert T. Clark House is a frail elderly community. The Attendant is responsible for monitoring the safety and security of the community residents. Attendant routinely walks through the entire building, monitors security cameras, directs information flow by handling phone inquiries, walk-in questions and responds to in-house emergency calls (call-for-aid and fire alarm). Attendant interacts directly with residents, volunteers, residents' families and the general public. The attendant works an eight hour shift and must remain in the community for the entire shift.
