The incumbent matches incoming invoices with purchase orders and
receiving reports, prints and mails checks bi-weekly, and files paid vendor packages.
Some phone contact with vendors is required to clarify billings. This is a busy part time position focused primarily on A/P and record keeping. Subsidiary ledgers must be kept and updated in Excel for utility consumption and work time distribution in the maintenance department. Occasionally receiving window payments when front staff is occupied.
Part-time Substitute & Holiday Attendant at Herbert T Clark House
Herbert T Clark House is a frail elderly community. The Attendant is responsible for monitoring the safety and security of the community residnets. Attendant routinely walks through the entire building, monitors security cameras, directs information flow by handling phone inquires, walk-in questions and responds to in-house emergency calls (call-for-aid & fire alarm). Attendant interacts directly with residnets, volunteers, residents' families and the general public. The attendant works an eight hour shift and must remain in the community for the entire shift.
