Housing Authority of the Town of Glastonbury

From the Executive Director

Recent Activities

The Glastonbury Housing Authority is commencing a feasibility study of its Center Village property. The goal of the evaluation is to identify a solution that will allow the property to continue to provide affordable housing for the next 30 years, address the deferred capital needs, transform the buildings and site into more contemporary accomodations.

The Housing Authority is currently looking for Welles Village residents interested in pariticpating in the Resident Advisory Board (RAB). The RAB helps the Authority develop its policies by providing resident input. Items the RAB helps to produce are the Annual Plan, Five Year Plan, Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy and more. Please contact the Authority if you are interested in serving on this Board.
